Hi everyone! We have so much to talk about in this episode! Here’s the rundown.
TV NEWS:
The Oscars will have two hosts next year! We talk about some of the names being thrown out as hosts. NBC benches its plans to bring back “Coach” (not surprised). The makers of “Fear TWD” and “The Walking Dead” are working on a one-time special —ZOMBIES ON A PLANE. We also diss Hulu a lot for not streaming “Fear TWD” as promised! (we still love u though, Hulu). We’re getting a new look at Ryan Murphy’s “Scream Queens” and the new season of “Mindy Project” (thank you, Hulu). FOX gets major props from GLAAD and “Daredevil” reveals the big villain in Season 2.
MOVIE NEWS:
Benicio Del Toro joins the “Star Wars” universe and we discuss how badly we want "Orphan Black’s” Tatiana Maslany to join in. Bill Murray confirms his cameo in the upcoming all-female “Ghostbusters”.
Kitty talks about her love of Netflix’s “Sense 8” and why you should watch it. We also talk about the shows/actors/actresses who are constantly passed over for Emmy nominations and what needs to change in the Emmy voting process.
And of course, Mick nerds out on “Force Friday” and talks all about the toys he wants under the Christmas tree this year.

We also talk about a couple of new CW series, one based on a beloved rom-com and Mick confesses his love for Dolly Parton, as NBC works to produce a TV movie on her life.
Movie News:
The newest "Jem and the Holograms" trailer is out, and it looks awful. We talk about all the ways this movie is wrong, just based on the trailer. "Beetlejuice 2" is officially happening and we talk about our hopes for the sequel.
Kitty talks about her latest binge-watch, "Parenthood" and Mick talks about the animated role Chris Farley was set to play, before his untimely death.
We also talk about the movies that were number one at the box office when we were born.
